Russ McDaniel
Founder and President
Russ has over 25 years of solutions-driven, turn-key Project Management experience which spreads the gamut of industries and clients. His expertise proves valuable in securing projects and adding specialties including value engineering, design-build and innovative construction solutions. Russ maintains a hands-on, focused approach with each of his clients, and his estimating background is invaluable for developing and maintaining precise and complete program budgets.
In 2009 Russ co-founded RMS PM to provide comprehensive project management services in both public and private market sectors. Prior to starting RMS PM, he was a partner for 11 years at The RMS Group and a partner for five years at Tectonics Construction. Prior to working with Tectonics, Russ spent five years as a Project Manager for Turner Construction where he performed project management, engineering, supervision and estimating. He worked on a variety of projects including high-end tenant improvements, theater and studio renovations, post-production facilities, office buildings and high-tech facilities ranging in value from $500,000 to over $35,000,000.
